Made with wholesome ingredients these little bites are a go to for sure. Pre workout, Post workout or even just a quick snack you will get the energy boost you need. Packed with gluten free oats, almond butter, hemp seed and protein powder this is a recipe that you will be keep coming back to. Ingredients can be modified and some chopped raisins, cranberries or blueberries can be added for a hint of sweetness.
Makes 20-25 balls depending on the size

3/4 cup dry old fashioned gluten free oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup pure unpasteurized honey
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries, raisins or dried blueberries chopped (optional)
2 Tablespoons dairy free chocolate chips (optional)
2 Tablespoons natural protein powder
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Add all the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes
2.Remove chilled batter from fridge and roll into balls that are about 1″ round.
3. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
