About the Event

Do you want to transform your relationship with food?   

Do you want to vibrate a healthy you from the inside out?

This 4 week introduction to mindful eating will begin to give you a new perspective around food.   Learn about the mind and gut connection and why it matters.  Learn how to set intentions to keep your health goals on track.  Begin a mindful eating practice that will bring awareness to self compassion and self kindness.  Each week you will be guided and led in a short meditation along with discusion on the topic of the week.   Throughout the week you will use what you have learned to begin transforming your relationship with food.
