About the Event

Do you want to transform your relationship with food?   

Do you want to vibrate a healthy you from the inside out?

This 4 week introduction to mindful eating will begin to give you a new perspective around food.   Learn about the mind and gut connection and why it matters.  Learn how to set intentions to keep your health goals on track.  Begin a mindful eating practice that will bring awareness to self compassion and self kindness.  Each week you will be guided and led in a short meditation along with discusion on the topic of the week.   Throughout the week you will use what you have learned to begin transforming your relationship with food.  You will also receive a weekly email which will include bonus information on the topic that was discussed to help you with your mindful eating practice.

Week Two:      Mindful Eating with Intention

Week Three:   Appetite through Awareness

Week Four:     A Nurished Well Life
